Privacy Policy

We keep data collection deliberately light. This page explains what CamsPicker does and does not gather, in plain language.

Last updated: 2026

This policy explains how camspicker.com handles information when you visit. The short version: our site is static, there are no user accounts, and we do not build advertising profiles about you. We designed things this way on purpose.

1. Who runs this site

camspicker.com is published as an independent guide to live cam sites (see our legal notice). If you have a question about your information, or you want to make a privacy request, email [email protected].

2. What we collect and why

We do not quietly harvest personal information. The only data that ever touches us falls into these buckets:

  • Contact messages (your name, email address, and whatever you write): collected only when you choose to reach out. We use it to answer you, nothing else.
  • Basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, server request logs): handled by our hosting provider to keep the site secure and running, and to spot abuse.
  • Age confirmation (18+): a small technical flag saved in your browser (see section 3) so the age gate does not reappear on every visit.

3. Cookies and local storage

CamsPicker uses no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. What we do use is technical local storage in your browser: a marker that you confirmed you are 18 or older, and, if you use the feature, your saved favorites. That information stays on your device, is not sent to anyone, and you can wipe it any time by clearing site data in your browser. No analytics tool is active today. If we ever add one, we will update this page and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.

4. How long we keep things

  • Contact emails: kept as long as needed to resolve your message, then held briefly (up to a year) before deletion.
  • Technical logs: retained for a short window (typically up to 12 months) for security purposes.
  • Local storage (age flag, favorites): stays in your browser until you clear it.

5. Hosting, service providers, and where data lives

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which provides hosting and content delivery and helps keep the site fast and secure. Server infrastructure is located in the United States. Cloudflare processes technical request data on our behalf under its own security and privacy commitments.

The model listings you see are pulled from a partner API that we query on the server side: none of your personal information is passed to it while you browse. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not hand it to third parties for their own marketing.

6. Affiliate links

Some outbound links are affiliate links (marked rel="sponsored nofollow"). If you click through and take action on a partner site, that site follows its own privacy policy, separate from ours. We recommend reading it before you sign up anywhere.

7. Your privacy choices

Because we hold so little, most requests are simple to handle. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to ask us not to sell or share it (we do neither). To make a request, email [email protected]. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

8. Children

This is an adult site intended only for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 18. See our 18+ and responsible use page.
